Fall, Fabulous Fall!!!
This is undoutably my favorite time of the year. It is the beginning of the holiday season and the fun freshness in the air.
I love the idea of opening the front door and smelling the cleaness in the air with a cool crispness that fills your face, somehow your eyes open and it causes you to breathe in deep to take it all in. You are ready for the rest of the day.
Oh, what fun it will be to stroll the streets on Wednesday for the sidewalk sale, buy a cup of chai tea from Michelles and watch the people from the window. Friday will be the DAY!!, that is when over 400 crafters will fill the streets of the small town and over 100,000 visitors will walk in and out of the crafter booths to find a bargain. It will not depend on weather, see at this special event each year it could pour down and rain, snow or any other weather condiditon you cound encounter, but the folks will still be there. Yes, I too have strolled the street with temps about 40 and raining. Yes the smells and sounds of FALL!
I find myself already dreaming about front porch sittin' with family, talking about all the things we want to do in a short amount of time. We will laugh, talk big and plan the next day. The yard will be filled with dad's favorite trees, deer will walk the back yard, and maybe, just maybe I will see this bear my sister keeps telling me about.
Yes, it is the coming of FALL.

What bear are you talking about, i hope you get to see the dear and wild turkey's. There will be much porch sitting, talking big and eating. We may just have to have our version of all things pumpkin and apple. You can smell and taste it. We are counting the days until you come. The weather should be perfect for some night time bon fires, smore's anyone?
