It doesn't take much most days but here is one to ponder.
You want to loose weight right? Everyone does, but how do you really know which diet to follow? My dad used to say why bother, look at the 1st 3 letters of the word. Why follow anything where you are restricted on what you are allowed to have.
So, as I sit here with all of the past diet plans pondering which one to once again try or to just throw them all away and forget about it.
I have Suzanne Somers, Susan Powder, Richard Simmons, Dr. Atkins, Weight Watchers, Perfect Weight America, vegetarian or create one of my own.
Now if I didn't have any issues, weight, or hot flashes, this is the plan I would follow.
Popcorn, Ice Cream, Brownies, Baked Potatoes with loads of different flavors in them. Roasted Corn on the Cob, BBQ Ribs, and everything else that the south has to offer.
But because of the over weight issue, and hot flashes that are not fun in the summer time, these are the items in which I can eat without negative results.
Salad, fresh produce (no corn, potato's, no beans) Chicken soup, fresh fish (no shell fish because I can't) and fruit, I can only eat fresh, no processed foods. None of my favorites above can even be considered. What a shame, I could just see my self today having a wonderful lebanon bologna and sharp cheddar cheese sandwich. Then bring on some ice cream afterwards.
Can't wait until we are all called home, life then will be perfect, no more issues :) and peace.
